Tabs terms of service

These terms cover your use of Tabs — the mobile app, the website, and the connector you can add to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant. By using Tabs you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabs.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in method secure.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else or sign up on another person's behalf.

What you share

You decide what Tabs shares. Your assistant sends short summaries of what you're focused on, and only friends you've added can see them. You can pause sharing, keep chosen topics private, and delete anything you've shared. Vibes leave friends' feeds after 24 hours and are deleted after 7 days.

You keep ownership of what you share. You give us permission to store and display it to the friends you choose, for as long as it exists in the product — nothing more. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Using Tabs responsibly

Don't use Tabs to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Share someone else's private information without their permission.
• Post unlawful content, or use Tabs to break the law.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.
• Resell or rebrand the service as your own.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

The AI connector

Tabs connects to assistants operated by other companies (Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and others). Those services have their own terms, and we don't control how they behave. Your assistant decides what to send us; we only receive what it sends. You can disconnect the connector at any time from within that assistant.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. It's part of these terms.

Availability

Tabs is offered as-is, and is early software. We don't promise it will always be available, and we may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before a change that would remove your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lumor Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Tabs and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@lumorlabs.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms materially we'll update the date above and let you know in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
